My Approach
Are you depressed, anxious, feeling numb, or having difficulty staying focused? Do you feel trapped by your emotions and reactions? As a therapist, I aim to help you connect with all parts of yourself to cultivate growth and wholeness. We will work to identify patterns that are no longer working for you and build new ones to improve your quality of life.

Where you come from is an important part of who you are. That means working together in ways that are culturally sensitive and also mindful of systemic barriers that you may face. No matter where you are in your journey, I will meet you as you are, with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor.

Theoretical Approaches
I employ various evidence-based theoretical approaches in therapy. No approach is one size fits all, so I adapt my approach depending on my client’s needs and the issues we are working on. Below are the theoretical approaches that inform my work:

Trauma Informed Therapy
Attachment Theory
Inner Child Work / Parts Work
Person Centered Therapy
